My approach is tailored to meet your unique situation and goals in a way that is flexible, free of denial and calorie counting.

I provide support and guidance for those who are ready to focus on radically changing their health and happiness.

As your health coach, I am your personal advocate to help you to change old habits and beliefs that are holding you back from living an energized and passionate life.

I will share wisdom and provide tools that will empower you to be more authentic, to dream bigger, feel more confident, and discover your best self.

No one diet will work for everyone. I will give you tools and support to find the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you – helping you to make small gradual changes over time that will impact your life and health in a BIG way – leading you to positive and sustainable change.

All areas of your life are inner-connected. Together we will explore what areas you want to improve including; health, career, relationships, physical activity, social life, spirituality, and more. I will help you become more aware of where you are out of balance in your life and help you better trust your body and intuition.

Health Coaching can easily be done by phone or Skype. This allows you the freedom to work with me no matter where you live.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Katz, Dr. Walter Willett; and many other leading health researchers and nutrition authorities.
