About Me

I have always been passionate about optimal health, holistic healing and serving others. Being a Certified Health Coach and a Healing Arts Practitioner provides me many opportunities to share my passion for helping others towards better balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit. Providing my clients with a safe and sacred space where healing, personal growth and expansion can take place on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. While offering my clients the tools and support which empower them to be more fulfilled and enlivened – to live their best lives.

For as long as I can remember, healing has been a significant part of my life. As a young girl, I would massage my mom’s head and feet. For ten years I worked as a nursing assistant, helping the elderly and those with physical and/or mental health challenges.  I am often told that my touch – and presence – is healing. I have served as a hospice volunteer. All these things have guided me on my journey to becoming a healer.

I blend a wide array of healing modalities and follow my intuition and spiritual guidance to give clients a unique and profound healing experience. A deep healing can take place in my compassionate, caring, and open-hearted environment. I honor each client by taking time to learn their individual challenges, needs, desires, and goals. Together we create a personal plan of action that will enable them to successfully achieve a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.

I have a strong commitment to life-long learning while continuously seeking new ways to stay healthy and improve my healing practice to benefit myself and my clients. Family and friends are an important part of my life. I have two daughters and six grandchildren. I am a vegetable and flower gardener, and love communing with nature. My daily self-care and spiritual practices include exercise, meditation, yoga, visualization, affirmations, and drumming. I thrive on staying physically active and eating a healthy diet; enjoying a piece of dark chocolate with almonds, occasionally. Yum!
